WORKSHOP WITH WILLIAM JAMESON - WORKING LARGE WITHOUT FEAR

William Jameson, a professional artist from Saluda, North Carolina will teach a three day workshop about working in larger formats without fear.

William "Bill" Jameson feels the most important point in learning to paint large is “organization” including material organization.  Organization in your approach at the start leads to spontaneity. The workshop will also focus on what Bill believes to be the most important aspect of any work of art, "composition" as well as the "simplification" in all aspects of painting: design, color, value scheme, etc. Students may work in acrylic or oil and a supply list can be found at the bottom of the page. Class will break for lunch around Noon. Click here to learn more about William Jameson.
