Class Guide

This class is geared toward our Photoshop beginners. In this class students will learn what all the Photoshop tools are, what they do, where they are located; what all the tabs are, where they’re located, and what they do. You will also learn to use layers, layer masks, selection tools, paint tools, clone tools and the retouching tools. We will also cover how to use Adobe Camera RAW, how to process your RAW files and save them as Photoshop or JPEG files depending on their use. *Session I & II are identical, just taught at different times. This course is for students who want to weld steel that is 1/8 inch thick and up. At their own workstation, the students will learn M.I.G. Welding, Torch Brazing and Plasma cutting. M.I.G. welding is easier to learn and is the most commonly used type of welding today. These skills can be used to create anything from Garden Art to building a utility trailer. Each class will include theory, demonstration, and individual hands-on instruction. All basic supplies, including the M.I.G. Welders Manual by Roger Finch and the Victor Welding Guide are included in the materials fee and supplied on Class #1.
